These include:
- Initial feasibility study including a measured survey
- Concept design and outline proposals
- Detailed proposals and planning submission
- Final proposals including detailed design
- Construction drawings and specifications
- Construction and site inspections to completion
Each stage above makes up a percentage of the architectural fee. Not all stages need be used.
We can provide 3D visualizations of projects that allow a better understanding of room layouts.
London Structural engineers services
These include:
- Initial structural surveys, reports and recommendations
- Design, specification and detailing of works required
- Site visits and report on works undertaken
London Chartered building surveyors services
These include:
- Party wall agreements and issues including collection of appropriate information, preparation and serving notices to adjoining neighbours
